The Elsa care team was so responsive, proactive, and truly caring. I had to make some last-minute changes, but they handled everything so seamlessly. They called everywhere on my behalf to coordinate appointments and saved me so much time and stress. I even managed to get an ultrasound done that discovered a health issue I didn't know I had. The nurses were incredible—responsive to every message and communicative via email and text, but never overly pushy. They checked in just enough to make me feel supported without overwhelming me.
